That is not a phone call we want to make and we’d be lying if that wasn’t part of our incentive to stay on top of things. The great thing about online accounting using QuickBooks on our server is that we can oversee your books and catch little issues before they become monumental ones. We can run checks, see red flags and advise you. After all, that’s what we’re here for.
Just so you know, there is a monthly charge for online. But we charge a very reasonable fee to cover our server maintenance costs. Since it’s beneficial for both of us, we want this option to be affordable.
